SOME CLARIFICATIONS (International, debt)
International orders are going to take longer than I thought for two reasons:
A.) The need to invoice individually
B.) The lack of available credit to charge large cost shipments to
We are currently $46,000~ in debt for this project and all of it is on credit, due to the inability for us to get a working line of credit from a bank.
I am hoping new orders over the next few weeks will help us pay these debts down quickly as well as my vending of Weighted Wildlife at Furry Weekend Atlanta so I can start sending out these higher cost packages.
Please be patient with me. This is the largest project both in scale and cost I've ever done and it's only a little driving me batty :')
DEFECTS AND DAMAGE
If you receive a plushie that seems to have been damaged en route, for USA customers, please use your ShipMonk Protect. It can be found at the bottom of your tracking page as shown here:
A REMINDER - plushies as a item are partly machine made and partly human made. There will be minor imperfections and variations throughout any large production run, even from companies like Disney, Squishmallows, etc.
I am getting reports that our QC team at the manufacturer let a few through that have, primarily, issues with inner ear tacks for ones like Coyote and Lynx. I am VERY sorry for this, but at this time I cannot provide replacements due to the aforementioned debt that we need to climb out of before we can think about doing such a thing.
A Kickstarter is meant to 'kickstart' a project and since this is a first production run of all of these guys, there are BOUND to be issues that I need to fix on future production runs. Most issues brought up I've seen can be fixed with minor sewing repairs such as a ladder stitch to close up small holes or a normal tack down of fur.
We strive for quality and so far, the grand majority seem to match that quality, but me and my manufacturer both are only human and I am not a major corporation with the ability to oversee every single step, but we are always striving to improve and all issues have already been brought up with our manufacturer so that they can be avoided in the future. I thank those who reached out with pictures so I could better talk with our producers about these issues.
Thank you all again for your continued support and patience. I am trying my best, but I would be lying if I said I am not stressed out of my mind through this process.

A grand bulk of the preorders/backorders/pledges have now been assigned tracking numbers and are on their way to your mailbox! WOOHOO!
If you have not yet received your tracking number DO NOT FRET, most that have not are submitted for fulfilment and the tracking numbers are uploaded as they are handed off to be picked up by the postal carrier!
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Again, I am still working through this issue and am trying to use a different service to try and lower costs, but it is a work in progress. I have not and will not forget about you, just pleaaassssee have patience with me.
SIDE NOTE: If you receive a plush that is defective or damaged, please remember you shipment has insurance on it and file through the 'ShipMonk' feature to receive a replacement. This was a huge, huge production, so there are bound to be some defective plush no matter how diligent the quality check, but we are committed to making a quality brand so please do not hesitate to use that insurance and file as 'damaged'.

Good morning!
Still about 300~ tracking numbers still to go out, so do not fret if you have not received yours!
We are working as diligently as possible to get the backlog out!
Meanwhile, our poor poor credit cards are suffering with costs of shipping :')
Help us outta debt by continuing to share the enthusiasm for Weighted Wildlife ya'll have been showing and look forward to an Earth Day/Week sale to celebrate our launch starting tomorrow!

Our fulfilment team has gotten through the absolute bulk of 6,000 orders in two days (WOW!) but if you have not received your tracking number, do not fret!
There are about 500~ orders awaiting their tracking numbers and are already submitted for pick n'pack with our team. So do not fret if you haven't gotten yours yet!
The shipping overage lot for International orders are about 180~ of you and I am still working through that backlog, so please please have patience with me as I am only one man. :'D
Already some people have received their orders and it's super exciting to see! It's been a long journey but now we are full steam ahead!!!!

Long time in coming but BOY am I glad we're here!
Please pay attention to your inboxes for tracking numbers as they are sent out!
I am still working through contacting international orders that have a shipping overage with offer of refund or invoice for the cost difference. Please be patient with me on this as it's taking me a little longer than I expected and a touch more manual work than I expected.
I CANNOT wait for these to start arriving to people!
