A new weighted plush series featuring wildlife, starting with a selection of North American animals!
With changing the Raven to a minky fur instead of the imitation rabbit fur (don't worry, minky fur isn't REAL mink fur - there seems to be some confusion about that haha) it's coming right along!
Just a few more tweaks and this one will be flying off to production!
Due to some fur color limitations in what my manufacturer can source and some reflecting on the design choices on the face, I've slightly tweaked the Cougar face design to what I think is both more appealing and more accurate to the species.

As an additional note, I just got off the phone with a copyright attorney and 'Weighted Wildlife' as a brand name will be submitted soon for official registration!
This is very exciting for me as it is my first official trademark/copyright registration as an artist and the first for Roamin' Bison Workshop LLC as an entity.
I've been hit with numerous copycats and thieves of my designs in the past as a small business/independent artist and this will hopefully give me some protection from any potential knockoffs in the future, both to protect me financially and the quality and safety of the plush I can offer to customers.

Prototyping is still moving along, though a bit sluggish, and I appreciate everyone's patience. I am updating as soon as I get updates myself so as to keep you all abreast as things roll along. :)
Prototype of Lynx is here and with a couple o'adjustments, they'll be good to go!!

The much anticipated Raven is here!
This one, and probably all birds going forward, will be minky fur to show off the embroidered details more readily and imitate the smoothness of feathers :)
I got a Cougar prototype back, but it was such a mess I didn't bother to show it, but it's second round of prototyping is in the works!

The lovely stripey tailed lad arrived yesterday and so I was able to take some proper photos!
I've also received the updated Bald Eagle with it's weighted wings and fatter belly and I'll be updating the photos on the Preorder shop on BackerKit and eventually will make a master post here with all the finished prototypes + updated original designs :)
Still waiting on revisions from the stretch goal designs + Cougar and Raven. We're chugging along best we can!
